Guarantee & Authenticity
All Items Are 100% Guaranteed Genuine, come with a Certificate Of Authenticity and a money back guarantee
The Certificate of authentic (COA) guarantees either:
-The memorabilia was part of an exclusive signing session with the player.
-The memorabilia was obtained directly from the club, player or the players representatives
Definition of terms.
In circumstances where a representative of Autograph Finder is not physically present at the signing sessions we will use trusted suppliers who are established UK limited companies who have been trading in sporting memorabilia for several decades.
Different ways to pay.
1. Debit card. No surcharge. The item must be despatched to the billing address of the card
2. Credit card. No surcharge. The item must be despatched to the billing address of the card
3. Cash. In accordance with money laundering regulations, we can accept cash payment up to and not exceeding £2750.00. All notes will be authenticated on the premises.
4. Cheque. Payable to Autograph-Finder.com. Funds must clear before the item is released.
5. Bankers Draft. Payable to Autograph-Finder.com. Ltd. All drafts will be authenticated by our bank before the item is released.
6. Bank transfer. Only CHAPS transfers will be accepted. Please contact us for our bank account details.
Personal information.
To process any card payments we MAY need the following information.
1. Cardholder's name.
2. Cardholder's date of birth.
3. Type of card.
4. Card number.
5. Card expiry date.
6. Card issue date.
7. The full billing address of your card.
8. The last three digits from the code on the back of your card.
9. For credit card transactions over £1500 we require a photocopy of either driving license, passport, bank statement, or utility bill.
Returns policy.
Items Ordered/altered to customer's specification
Where a item has to be customised (personalised signing) in response to a customer order, this represents an exemption to the distance selling regulations. The 7 day cooling off period does not apply. You are entitled to return the item for refund in the following circumstances. -If the item ordered is not the item delivered.
-If the item is faulty or damaged in any way.
If the item does not fall in to one of the above categories there may be a charge should you wish to return the item. These cases will be assessed on an individual basis and the charge is made at our discretion. If the item is found to have been damaged there will also be a charge for any refurbishment that is necessary to return the item to its original condition.
Stock Items.
If you have ordered a stock item you can return it within 7 working days of receiving it. You will be refunded on condition that the item is returned with all associated items and in the same condition that the item was supplied in. It will be inspected on arrival and if it's found to have been marked there will be an additional charge for any refurbishment that is necessary to return the item to its original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Order cancellation.
Personalised Items, Bespoke Signings
If you wish to cancel your order you should notify us by some durable form without delay (FAX 01622 342 094 ATT CANCELLATION DEPT). We will acknowledge your intention to cancel within 2 working days. Once your item has been altered to you specification (see above) you may become liable for a cancellation fee. Any cancellation fee will be calculated on an individual basis up to a maximum of 15% of the purchase price. Each case will be assessed individually.
Stock
If you wish to cancel your order you should notify us by some durable form within 7 days of receipt of goods. (FAX 01622 342 094 ATT CANCELLATION DEPT).
Delivery
Delivery is £3.75 on all items
Return Postage. The customer is liable for all return postage costs unless this is agreed in some durable form by a Autograph Finder representative.
Collection
Items can be collected by prior arrangement from our Shop in Maidstone
